After playing a key role in the 2014, 2018, 2022, and 2026 Democratic primary elections, pgCampaigns will continue to evolve and prepare for Maryland’s next gubernatorial election cycle in 2030.
Over four election cycles, pgCampaigns has helped candidates and voters access critical election information in one place. Candidates can map polling locations, analyze and download historical election results from 2010, 2014, 2018, 2022, and 2026, better understand their districts, and engage directly with voters.
In 2026 alone, more than four dozen candidates used pgCampaigns, while approximately 2,000 voters submitted questions to candidates, with particularly strong engagement in the Congressional District 5 and County Council At-Large races.
pgCampaigns is a platform dedicated to empowering the citizens of Prince George’s County with accessible election information and meaningful civic-engagement tools. It gives voters an easier way to learn about candidates, ask questions, compare responses, and make more informed choices—while giving candidates, particularly those with limited resources, better tools to understand and reach their communities.
Our goal is simple: make election information more accessible, make candidates more accountable, and help build a more informed, inclusive, and participatory democracy in Prince George’s County.
